Celebrate Recovery of Darke County is a Christ centered program that allows for freedom from life's hurts, hang-ups, and habits. Based on the Beatitudes in Matthew 5:3-10, it leads us to experience true peace and serenity that is only found through a relationship with Jesus Christ, as well as to leave behind our old behavors that have kept us from this serenity. Celebrate Recovery seeks to offer people freedom from anger, broken relationships, past abuse, grief over the loss of a loved one, co-dependency, compulsive behaviors, food addiction / eating disorders, suicidal thoughts, sexual brokenness, substance abuse, etc. The group meets every Friday and begins the evening at 6 p.m. with dinner together (meal is provided) and ends with gender specific small groups at 8:15 p.m. Celebrate Recover is a safe place where it is ok to not be ok, we can battle our issues together.
